Responsabilités principales

  • Your new responsibilities
  • Lead and drive cross-disciplinary R&D programs with distributed, international teams in Asia and Europe, end-to-end, i.e., from resource planning to successful market launch
  • Ensure the timeliness, project cost adherence, and quality of the projects you coordinate.
  • Identify, handle, and mitigate potential deviations proactively and constructively with all relevant collaborators
  • Ensure alignment, seamless collaboration and transparent communication between all relevant stakeholders, enabling the project team to identify and resolve potential issues and concerns effectively
  • Develop and consistently maintain program plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation; proactively handle changes and dependencies
  • Drive quality gate checks and milestone reviews with scrutiny, ensuring the project stays on track
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program, taking prompt action to resolve issues and maintain momentum
  • Regularly report program progress, achievements, and challenges to all stakeholders, delivering clear and actionable updates
  • Nurture the right way of working and culture within the R&D team, encouraging creative problem-solving, highly efficient execution, and continuous improvement methodologies
