- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full facility operations at the Zug site, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance
Responsabilités principales
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full facility operations at the Zug site, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage and continuously improve Soft and Hard FM services, including maintenance and repair programs
- Lead and coordinate internal teams as well as external vendors, landlords, and authorities
- Plan and execute moves, renovations, installations, and site-related projects
- Own site security, safety, emergency planning, and business continuity measures
- Manage the facilities budget, including cost control, contract management, and procurement processes
- Drive workplace strategy, space optimization, and the implementation of FM technologies
- Serve as the primary site contact for employees, leadership and external partner Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Corporate Real Estate within a complex environment
