In your role, you will work at one of the following Medtronic campuses:
Mounds View, Minnesota Fridley (Operational HQ or Rice Creek), Minnesota Tempe, Arizona North Haven, Connecticut Tijuana, Mexico Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland Parkmore, Galway, Ireland
This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
As a Senior Engineering Program Manager within Operations Innovation – Manufacturing Technology, you will play a critical role in advancing manufacturing technologies that reduce risk, enable innovation, and improve patient outcomes. This role drives execution across a defined portion of the Manufacturing Innovation and Technology project portfolio, partnering with engineers across Centers of Excellence (COEs), OU’s, and manufacturing sites to mature technologies from concept through feasibility and readiness.
This position is designed for a technically fluent program leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed engineering environment and drive results through influence, structure, and disciplined execution.
