- It is in this dynamic environment that we invite you to join our team as: HR Manager (maternity replacement) 80% – October 2026 to April 2027 As part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Provide customized support to employees and managers alike in any aspects relating to the employee life cycle
- At LCIS, we offer a unique blend of international education and strong local community ties with English, French, and bilingual pathways, leading to the globally recognized International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
Responsabilités principales
- It is in this dynamic environment that we invite you to join our team as: HR Manager (maternity replacement) 80% – October 2026 to April 2027 As part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Provide customized support to employees and managers alike in any aspects relating to the employee life cycle
- Manage the complete employee life cycle from an administrative viewpoint (contracts, work permit requests, insurances, certificates, HR databases etc)
- Provide payroll related instructions to the Payroll Specialist
- Maintain up-to-date the internal policies, procedures and documentation related to the employees
- Manage all recruitments and support colleagues in any employee relations issues
- Establish and process monthly reporting and compliance to group
- Support the performance review cycle process And we are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources and/or Swiss certification in personnel management (“Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines”, an asset)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR with strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, regulations and social insurance legislation and practice Fluency in English and French Pro-active and self-driven person
