- Analyze and translate business needs into requirements for data and analytics solutions, including the creation of conceptual and logical data models.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define data-driven use cases, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the planning and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Coordinate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
- Lead and manage internal data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement, while tracking progress and managing risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to improving delivery processes, requirements engineering practices, and collaboration across the Data & Analytics ecosystem.
