- Own the end-to-end IT application development and smooth production running.
- Drive identification and adoption of best practices, tools and frameworks for development & operations
- Ensure design and development are always focused on strategic short term and long-term business objectives.
- Create approaches and plans towards the SaaS agenda for the Zurich Edge Platform – key objective of high levels of reuse and optimized delivery. Technical Excellence:
- Drive speed to market with delivery of initiatives. Own the execution of the SaaS agenda
- Convert strategy to action by developing and maintaining a robust technical design and adherence to design during build.
- Drive business focus and urgency within the development teams.
- Ensure technical teams are staying current with emerging and newer technologies.
