If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!We are currently looking for a Videomaker & Motion Designer to join our Global Marketing team at our Chiasso HQ on a temporary maternity cover contract.Reporting to the Communication Manager and working closely with the Graphic & Creative Leader, you will play a key role in producing engaging video and visual content that supports Board’s global communication strategy.This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your creativity and storytelling skills to an international, fast-growing software company with a product at the technological forefront of its market.Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of institutional and marketing videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere - Manage video editing and post-production workflows - Record photo and video content for internal and external communication initiatives - Produce motion graphics and animated visual assets to support marketing campaigns and corporate storytelling - Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure visual consistency with Board’s brand identity - Assist with the setup and management of lighting and recording equipment during interviews, events, and live shoots
- Proven experience in video production, motion design, and graphic design - Strong expertise in video editing with Adobe Premiere - Motion graphics and animation skills using Adobe After Effects - Experience operating professional video cameras (e.g., Sony Alpha 7, FX3) - Ability to set up and manage professional lighting equipment for interviews, video shoots, and events - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:PhotoshopLightroomIllustrator - Photoshop - Lightroom - Illustrator - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail - Fluency in English is required
