Processus de candidature
- Business / Technical ability: Exhibits a strong understanding and application of test management tools, testing principles, concepts, and techniques.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the relevant business and technical domain, particularly ServiceNow and IRM. Who you are: Education / Experience
- Significant experience in defining testing strategy, managing test repositories, and leading testing teams.
- Proven experience in test execution, documentation production, and responding to testing-related queries.
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management and IT Security is highly desirable. Technical Skills
- ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionality, tables, fields, and workflow relationships, specifically for defining comprehensive test scenarios.
- AI Proficiency: Experience or strong ability to define new ways of testing, including leveraging Claude (or similar LLMs) and AI for test automation, script generation, and efficiency in the testing process.
- Agile Methodologies: Expert knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles, including defining sprint testing goals, managing the test backl
