Completed or ongoing education in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
First practical experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, or project coordination

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and service-minded approach
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills
Flexibility to support events outside regular office hours when required
