Activities: - Insert sales orders, check and review them periodically, follow up the orders production with the Production Department or with the Purchasing Department and keep the customers informed about the progress of the orders; - Follow up the release of ordered products with the QC and QA departments and manage any delays or urgencies; - Develop and maintain good customer relations to improve business performance; - Create/modify/update sales price lists, material sales data (finished products) and customer sales data; - Arranging the shipment of goods (raw materials, semi-finished and finished products) and issuing all necessary sales and shipping documentation based on export documentation Exigences for shipments to global destinations, in a smooth, timely and cost-effective way, with forwarders, carriers and customs, according to agreements with customers; - Assist customers with import/export customs clearance by providing customs declaration for shipping transactions; - Check and negotiate letters of credit with relevant banks; - Obtain Chamber of Commerce and/or Consulate certification/legalization for international Exigences, if required; - Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory and company policies; - Ensure that all documentation complies with export regulations; - Communicate with the involved departments to solve customer issues in a prompt and efficient way; - Work closely with customers and management to ensure that customer timelines and expectations are met; - Adhere to GDP procedures. ## Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration/International Business or related fields - At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles - Proficiency in ERP Systems SAP and Fluentis - Strong command of Microsoft Office Package - Fluent in English - Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work effectively in multicultural and dynamic environments - Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude - Accuracy in document management and attention to detail - Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments (production, quality, logistics, etc.)
