Vous serez un expert technique clé au sein de l'équipe d'audit interne.
Vous travaillerez dans une banque où la technologie représente un pilier clé de la stratégie d'affaires, en mettant fortement l'accent sur le développement interne de solutions bancaires propriétaires.
Votre mission principale est de réaliser des audits approfondis axés sur les risques dans nos environnements technologiques modernes et complexes et d'évaluer les risques informatiques, les contrôles de sécurité et la conformité réglementaire (FINMA).

- Execute and Lead IT Audit Engagements: Take an active role in planning, executing, and reporting on risk-based audits covering information technology, infrastructure, data privacy, and information security.
- Audit Modern Technology Landscapes: Perform in-depth assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls within a cutting-edge environment (AI, cloud, CI/CD pipelines), critically evaluating the design and effectiveness of the internal control system.
Exigences principales
- Execute and Lead IT Audit Engagements: Take an active role in planning, executing, and reporting on risk-based audits covering information technology, infrastructure, data privacy, and information security.
- Audit Modern Technology Landscapes: Perform in-depth assessments of IT processes, risks, and controls within a cutting-edge environment (AI, cloud, CI/CD pipelines), critically evaluating the design and effectiveness of the internal control system.
- Shape Audit Strategy: Contribute your IT and security expertise to the risk-based audit planning process, helping to define key areas of focus and strategic priorities.
- Enhance Audit Methodologies: Drive the modernization of our audit approaches by developing and integrating advanced techniques using data analytics and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance audit effectiveness, increase assurance, and automate testing.
- Collaborate on Joint Audits: Lead or assist in integrated audits with the business audit team and manage co-sourced audit engagements with external partners.
- Support Ad-Hoc Projects: Work independently on ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required by management.
- Education & Certifications: A Bachelor's or master's degree in ICT or equivalent. A professional certification such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP is highly desirable, as is a commitment to obtaining one.
- Core Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in a technical capacity (e.g., IT Audit, IT Security, IT Risk Management, or IT Compliance) within the Swiss financial industry.
- Frameworks & Regulations: Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST) and a solid understanding of the Swiss regulatory landscape, or the willingness to rapidly develop this knowledge.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English are required. German language skills are a plus.
- Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, effective team collaboration, a capacity for rapid learning, and high adaptability to change.
- Travel: Availability for travel approximately up to 10% within Switzerland and also abroad.

- Data & AI: Relevant experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI), combined with the ability to develop and apply AI-driven solutions in an audit context, or a strong willingness to develop this capability.
