As a Global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Intern you will join our Global Retail team in Kilchberg.
Global Retail passionately translates the LINDT brand equity into a distinctive omni-channel experience, bringing chocolate smiles to our customers.
As part of our team you will help improve customer experience and shape marketing related activities for our >500 Lindt Shops and 21 Online Shops worldwide.

- Identify best practice key activities to build traffic, drive conversion & repeat purchase for our Lindt Shops globally.
- Completed or advanced Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration / related subjects.
- First working experience in the FMCG / retail / e-commerce sector is an advantage.
Responsabilités principales
- YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Identify best practice key activities to build traffic, drive conversion & repeat purchase for our Lindt Shops globally.
- Work closely together with our subsidiaries to improve customer experience in both our Lindt physical stores and online shops.
- Enable the local implementation of our global portfolio strategy for D2C.
- Gain experience in data analysis, reporting and creating impactful presentations.
- Responsible for the set‑up and distribution of various recurring reports.
Exigences principales
- Completed or advanced Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration / related subjects.
- First working experience in the FMCG / retail / e-commerce sector is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, proactive, and communicative approach.
- Independent, precise and conscientious way of working with self-initiative.
- Very strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel). Fluent in English; German at least B1;
- French and other languages are a plus.
