- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Processing orders, complaints, and returns through coordination with sales, product marketing, logistics, quality, planning, scheduling, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Processing orders, complaints, and returns through coordination with sales, product marketing, logistics, quality, planning, scheduling, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and orders as well as ensuring the resolution of customer problems.
- Support in pre-sales or after-sales service by solving customer problems and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication using specific commercial communication tools. What we’re looking for:
- You have commercial training/education, ideally with further training in foreign trade or at a higher vocational education level (e.g., HF).
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales support, order processing, or comparable areas.
- You are proficient in SAP Sales & Distribution, MS Office, and customer communication tools.
- You are a team player with a solution-oriented and independent work style, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude towards change.
- You have a good understanding of logistics processes.
- You communicate confidently in German and English. More about us
