Responsabilités principales

  • In this role, your main responsibilities will be: Master Data Project Management Actively contribute to the Master Database development project from the Real Estate perspective, driving Master Data restructuring and enhancement Establish and enforce a solid Real Estate data governance inclusive of comprehensive definitions, data quality standards and quality control mechanisms over the newly created master data Act as the Primary point of Contact for Group Platforms in the design, delivery and testing phases to ensure adherence with Group Real Estate requirements and streamlining of technical data flows for Real Estate Assets Ensure the accurate and seamless Real Estate data migration into a new database system.
  • Establish and maintain robust Real Estate data integrity within the Group to effectively support continuous improvements and future strategic initiatives.
  • Act as an advocate for the newly created Master Data across the Real Estate Community, Regions and Maisons supporting its adoption Data Management Excellence Ensure master data stewardship for all Group buildings through their lifecycle, including boutiques.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of all data objects and workflow execution with all stakeholders involved in the creation, maintenance and validation of core building attributes.
  • Partner effectively with Group Finance, Sustainability, HR and Maisons teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Real Estate data and its effective use for cross functional use-cases Analytics Develop diverse analysis and reporting (e.g., Facility Cost Analysis), in collaboration with Finance and HR departments.
  • Identify and implement new automated report capabilities related to the implementation of the new Master Data Product Actively contribute to the digitalization of Real Estate analytical and reporting activities, supporting the integration of technology and processes.
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally with focus in digital transformation within an international retail environment.
