- Support strategic Finance transformation initiatives that improve processes, controls, and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, track action items, and support issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver key project milestones and objectives
- Document and analyze business processes, leveraging technology and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare updates, presentations, and communications for Finance leadership and senior stakeholders
- Support governance and reporting activities related to transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Perform and monitor centralized internal controls that contribute to a strong risk and control environment
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and innovation within Finance

- If you hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience, apply for our 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027.

- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and are excited to explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled applications and data-driven tools such as Palentir and AI enabled applications to improve processes
- Are comfortable challenging the status quo, performing root cause analysis, and contributing new ideas that drive continuous improvement.
- Seek feedback, embrace new challenges, and are committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- The base salary for this role is $70,000.

- The Americas Carrier Management team is responsible for delivering reporting, consolidation, analysis, and operational support that enables informed decision-making across the organization.
