- Key responsibilities 1.
- Strategic Hiring Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, general management, and mission-critical roles across EMEA Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (regional leaders, Area HR managers) on talent acquisition strategy, market insights, and candidate positioning Contribute to build and maintain strong pipelines for key leadership positions Execute confidential and high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion 2.
Responsabilités principales
- Key responsibilities 1.
- Strategic Hiring Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, general management, and mission-critical roles across EMEA Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (regional leaders, Area HR managers) on talent acquisition strategy, market insights, and candidate positioning Contribute to build and maintain strong pipelines for key leadership positions Execute confidential and high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion 2.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Processes Co-design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, high-quality hiring processes across the region Drive best practices aligned with Group guidelines in: Candidate assessment frameworks, Interview methodologies, Hiring governance, Selection and decision-making processes Ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Conduct ongoing talent market mapping and competitor analysis across EMEA Contribute to strengthening the EMEA employer brand approach and talent attraction Contribute to the harmonize the Trainees/Apprenticeship approach in EMEA 3.
- Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with Area HR managers Challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure hiring decisions align with long-term business and talent strategy Collaborate with Talent Development within the team and other HR to align hiring with broader people priorities 4.
- Data & Reporting Track and report on key recruitment metrics Use data insights to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives across TA practices in EMEA
