• Atmosphere with Soul: You prepare the bar so that our guests feel the exclusive flair the moment they walk in—where every detail matters.
• Liquid Art: You assist in the creation and elegant service of drinks and cocktails that perfectly reflect our exacting Kulm standards.
• The Art of Hosting: You ensure that "wow-moment" both behind and in front of the bar, making sure our guests feel completely at home.

• The Foundation: Ideally, you have completed a degree or apprenticeship in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Initial Bar Experience: You know your way around a shaker, understand the basics of mixology, and have already gained some initial experience behind a bar.
• A Taste for Excellence: You have a basic understanding of spirits and—as a real bonus—you are interested in the sophisticated world of cigars.
• Language Talents: Our guests are international. You communicate confidently in German and English. If you also speak Italian, that’s the "olive in the martini."
