- Own the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across core HR, talent management, learning, compensation, or analytics modules Manage Complex Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for complex, high-value engagements Deliver Business Value
- Translate client business challenges into innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions that drive measurable outcomes in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and organizational effectiveness Drive Best Practice Implementation
- Leverage your knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to establish best practices, optimize configurations, and ensure successful adoption across client organizations Contribute to Thought Leadership
