Processus de candidature
- consistent templates for layout, navigation, and typography. Visual Design & Animation
- Redesign slides for clarity and visual hierarchy.
- Produce simple animations and reusable visual assets (icons, diagrams).
- Maintain a clean, professional design aligned with TOTSA standards.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Review & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate review cycles with SMEs.
- Validate technical accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Perform QA checks for navigation, scoring, and accessibility. Objectives

- This role is critical to reducing dependency on manual, expert-led training and creating a scalable, digital knowledge library for trading operators worldwide. Content Conversion
- Develop storyboards and outlines for video modules.
- Apply consistent templates for layout, navigation, and typography. Visual Design & Animation
- Perform QA checks for navigation, scoring, and accessibility.
- Deliver high-quality, visually engaging microlearning content that accelerates onboarding and improves knowledge retention . Candidate Profile: Must-Have Skills
- Basic motion graphics and visual design capability. Fluent English Tools
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Illustrator or equivalent). Education / Experience
