- Delivering safe, high-quality and efficient nursing care to students while on duty, in line with professional standards and school policies.
Responsabilités principales
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering safe, high-quality and efficient nursing care to students while on duty, in line with professional standards and school policies.
- Assessing health needs independently and providing appropriate care, treatment and follow-up, including responding effectively to medical emergencies.
- Maintaining accurate, clear and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory and school requirements.
- Upholding safeguarding, child protection principles and professional boundaries at all times.
- Acting as a key link between the Medical Centre and the wider school community, promoting effective communication with students, parents, boarding staff and academic teams.
- Communicating professionally and compassionately with parents regarding students’ health, wellbeing and any required follow-up.
- Supporting health education, prevention and wellbeing initiatives within the school as required.
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving operational needs of the department, including on-call duties and seasonal peak periods. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
