Introduction
You will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with CERN’s current and prospective donors throughout the entire donor cycle, while managing formal obligations such as proposal preparation and reporting.
In doing so, you will help generate financial and strategic support for CERN by identifying funding opportunities, securing donations and grants, and building partnerships with corporations and foundations. Functions:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Fundraising, International relations or a related field.
- Experience in an international context is also an asset. Technical competencies:
- Use of a fundraising CRM; and Office Software Packages. Behavioural competencies:
- Communicating Effectively: delivering presentations in a structured and clear way; adjusting style and content to the audience; responding calmly and confidently to questions.
- Managing Self: maintaining a positive outlook even in difficult situations; demonstrating resilience and persistence in response to setbacks and adversity.
