We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Skills Strategy & AI Capability Lead, to design and implement a skills-led approach that supports the growth and transformation priorities of Zurich’s Life, Health & Bank Distribution business.
You will translate business strategy and AI-enabled operating models into the technical, functional and leadership capabilities Zurich’s Life, Health & Bank Distribution business needs for the future.
You will lead the development of a practical skills framework, strengthen workforce insights and embed skills across talent, learning and workforce processes.
