- Assist Sales, Clinical and In-house team including other Field Service Representatives as needed.
Responsabilités principales
- Maintain all administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist Sales, Clinical and In-house team including other Field Service Representatives as needed.
- Manage inventory, keep accurate records, and promptly return unused and failed parts.
- Promote/sell service contract offerings to customers and assist Sales in selling service agreements to customers within the assigned territory as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical education in electrical, mechanical, biomedical, optical engineering or a related field Fluency in German and English
- Residence in Switzerland (German-speaking part)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience servicing complex technical equipment, medical devices, laboratory equipment or industrial systems
- Ability to work independently from a home office and in the field

- In addition, you will be expected to negotiate service agreements that contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Promote/sell service contract offerings to customers and assist Sales in selling service agreements to customers within the assigned territory as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical education in electrical, mechanical, biomedical, optical engineering or a related field Fluency in German and English
