Your Responsibilities
- You have the ability to define and deploy the purchasing strategy for the assigned product categories
- You are able to analyze supplier markets, cost trends, industrial capabilities, and technological developments, as well as to develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier and procurement risk mapping
- You have the ability to identify, assess, and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and logistical requirements and to build strong relationships with them
- You have the ability to anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials, and geopolitical developments
- You have the ability to negotiate and implement framework agreements and commercial contracts, challenging supplier requests for price increases
- You have a strong understanding of supplier commitments and ensure their alignment with the company’s objectives
- You are able to monitor key portfolio performance indicators, including costs, savings, quality, OTD, lead times, capacity, and risks
- You are committed to continuously improving purchasing and supply chain processes Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and you have a solid technical understanding, complemented by additional training or qualifications in purchasing
- You have more than 3 years of experience in project purchasing or strategic procurement
- You have an excellent command of English, French and/or German
- You have an excellent command of MS Office, Share Point, and you are familiar with Infor
- You define yourself as a strong team player with resilience, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability and autonomy
