- Quality Engineer

- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background; 3--5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, or test engineering.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly technologies, soldering processes, and solder joint quality; experience with electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, ICT or similar) is a strong advantage.
Exigences principales
- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background; 3--5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, or test engineering.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly technologies, soldering processes, and solder joint quality; experience with electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, ICT or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Structured problem-solving mindset (8D, 5 Why) with hands-on, pragmatic approach and strong technical curiosity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, R\&D, and supplier teams; clear and effective communication with technical stakeholders. Fluent in Italian;
- English B2 or higher required.
