- Assess the current HR landscape and identify compliance, process, and governance gaps.
- Simplify, standardize and digitize HR processes, including modernization of the payroll.
- Build a data-driven HR function with measurable business impact.
- Build capability for the future.
- Ensure full compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
- Partner effectively with business leaders during a period of change and transformation.
- Balance strategic thinking with willingness to personally execute operational work.
- Challenge legacy practices and implement sustainable solutions.

- Leading, coaching, developing, and motivating local HR team To succeed in this role, you will need
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of experience in HR
- Strong understanding of Swedish labour law, employee relations, personnel benefits. Hands-on in managing compliance cases
- Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
- IT competency with varied ERP, payroll, and other digital tools.
