- Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from Sales handover to the end of the warranty period.
- Ensure achievement of project objectives relating to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Define execution strategies and coordinate all project activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Proactively manage risks, opportunities, changes, and project dependencies.
- Monitor and control project financial performance, including forecasting, costs, revenues, and profitability.
- Ensure contractual compliance and provide accurate and timely project reporting.
- Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration and a strong team culture.
- Coach and mentor project managers and new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
