- Strategic Framework Application: Synthesize complex market signals into actionable strategies using structured frameworks such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, and Patient Journey Mapping to identify unmet needs and white-space opportunities
- GenAI & Innovation: Architect and implement GenAI-powered workflows (e.g., LLMs for rapid secondary research synthesis, automated earnings call sentiment analysis, or GPT-based clinical trial summarization) to increase the velocity and depth of strategic recommendations
- High-Stakes Conference Coverage (ASCO, ESMO, AACR, JP Morgan, Jefferies, etc.): Provide pre-conference/ post-conference impact assessment analysis of competitor data readouts on Roche’s portfolio
- Strategic Advisory: Transform market insights from public & proprietary data sources (e.g.
- CT.gov, Clarivate, AlphaSense, EvaluatePharma) into "Executive Stories" that provide clear "So What?" and "Now What?" recommendations to partners & senior leadership
- Predictive Intelligence: Flag "Trigger Events" (e.g., Breakthrough Designations, FDA/ regulatory signals, M&A activity) and perform Scenario Planning to assess potential implications for Roche brands Who you are
