- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies according to the SAFe framework (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment
- Good knowledge of Scrum and ideally the SAFe framework

- Support teams in their agile development and foster their autonomy
Exigences principales

- Ability to coach, support and help teams progress towards greater autonomy

Processus de candidature
- Ensure the proper application of agile methods and practices
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of the work
- Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, architects and Epic Owners
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
- Contribute to the orchestration of activities within the SAFe structure and collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs)
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and collective accountability
- Foster an environment of trust, cooperation and high performance within the teams
