- Working closely with the Global Finance Business Partner, you will lead Group-level activities while ensuring effective cross-coverage for selected Product Center responsibilities.

- Working closely with the Global Finance Business Partner, you will lead Group-level activities while ensuring effective cross-coverage for selected Product Center responsibilities.
- Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- Lead Group-wide planning and forecasting activities, including the consolidation and reporting of rolling forecasts for Operations Reviews, year-end meetings, Executive Board and Supervisory Board reporting.
- You will coordinate timelines, instructions and submission quality
- Deliver high-quality Group management reporting, including the monthly Executive Board reporting package, facts and figures, quick forecasts, annual Cost of Sales reporting, and selected reporting obligations to government bodies and trade associations
- Drive consistent Cost of Sales and standard costing practices by acting as the department’s subject-matter expert, partnering with Production and local controllers on methodology, costing questions, variance analysis, and Group-wide harmonization
- Provide actionable performance insights through e.g. margin analysis, profit elimination calculations, working capital reviews, currency exposure analysis etc.
- You will act as a first point of contact for Production finance teams on FP&A, planning, costing, and performance-related questions
- Shape the transformation of Group controlling by leading the implementation of the Group Management Accounting tool and promoting harmonized management accounting and Cost of Sales practices across the Group
- Coordinate key Group finance activities, including incentive calculations, year-end transfer pricing topics, and contributions to the Corporate Risk Map process.

- Reporting to the Director Global & PC Controlling, you will serve as a central point of contact for Group-level planning, consolidation, and performance reporting to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
- As Finance Business Partner to the Group CTO, you will also provide financial insight and decision support on Product Center topics.
- Have a strong understanding of planning, consolidation, IFRS or local GAAP, Group management reporting, Cost of Sales methodology, and standard costing, ideally gained in an industrial, decentralized, multi-entity, or matrix organization
- Combine excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including Executive Board-level audiences
- Bring advanced Excel capabilities and hands-on experience with BI and analytics solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools, together with an interest in AI-supported reporting and analytics
