We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Solutions team in Basel and help develop and evolve a modern web platform for innovative applications in medical technology, with AI coding agents as a natural part of our development workflow. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from translating business and clinical requirements into technical solutions to architecture, full-stack development, testing and continuous improvement. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will combine modern web technologies with sophisticated 3D applications.

- Design and develop secure, scalable and stable Java web APIs using Spring Boot.
- Develop modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript and WebGL/3D technologies.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into clear and practical technical solutions.
- Make AI-assisted development work in practice: use AI coding agents in your daily work, review and validate what they produce, and build the guardrails, tests and review practices that keep AI-generated code secure and maintainable.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical direction across complex distributed Systems.
- Ensure high standards of quality and security through unit testing, automated end-to-end testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement of our products and engineering practices.
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or comparable education.
