We are looking for a Global Payroll & HR Systems Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.

- Deep knowledge of complex multi-country payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong experience in leading HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization projects.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace change and challenge the status quo to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong ownership of the global HR Systems perimeter, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Any other additional language will be considered a plus. Desirable:
- Experience in a travel or tech company environment.
