Main responsibilities
- production of sushi, sashimi and soups for our customers: inside in the Sushi Island in the coop supermarket - inside oriented working method incl.
- Provide information about the general offer, including allergy labelling and daily specials
- team-oriented cooperation with the Zenbu team
- co-responsibility for orders, acceptance of goods, opening, closings and warehouse management
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards and carrying out cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines
- Ensuring a consistently high quality of food requirements
- Professional experience as a cook / cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
- Flexible dedication and commitment to shift and weekend services (free on Sundays in principle, except Sunday sales)
- Knowledge of German at B1 level in words and writing, other languages are a plus
- Affinity to system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
