Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the kitchen team
- Ensuring an efficient service process and optimal teamwork
- Development and planning of the food & beverage offering in close coordination with the management and the responsible departments
- Compliance and control of operational hygiene and quality standards
- Calculation of recipes, daily specials and menus to ensure profitability
Company and context

- Creation of daily specials, planning and implementation of events and banquets
- Support, Promotion and management of employees Requirements
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
- Many years of experience in the kitchen as well as well-founded leadership experience
- Strong social skills, assertiveness and empathy in dealing with different personalities
- Creative and independent personality with passion for the cooking profession and joy in contact with guests Enthusiasm and flair for Asian cuisine
- German language skills at B2 level, spoken and written, other language skills are an advantage
