In this dynamic HR front function, you support a dedicated team consisting of HR recruitment partners and HR business partners in the two Zurich clinics Hirslanden (near Balgrist) and Im Park (Wollishofen).

- Master the Applicant Tool (Success Factors) with flying colors: Management, applicant selection, appointment coordination and preparation of wage quotes
Main responsibilities

- Master the Applicant Tool (Success Factors) with flying colors: Management, applicant selection, appointment coordination and preparation of wage quotes
- Develop your creativity: Creating exciting job advertisements and optionally conducting job interviews resp. Take over your own recruitments
- Support in the annual processes: staff budgeting, wage and bonus round, as well as in projects and initiatives
- Bring momentum to our employee events: prepare them with dedication, support them in the implementation and ensure a thorough follow-up
- Show your analytical skills: Preparation of key figures, reports and training documents for executives YOUR PROFIL
- Degree in business administration, psychology, law or equivalent training + First commercial experience in the HR area
- You love the independence, have a positive mindset and bring a "can do" mentality!
- With your open attitude you quickly integrate yourself into a culturally diverse and very dynamic environment
- MS-Office (especially Excel) is no problem for you, first SAP knowledge would be a plus
