What you will do

• You support the operational and strategic responsibility of Facility Management.

• You collect and analyze building-specific data and compile meaningful reports.

• You are responsible for the master data maintenance of the CAFM system and develop the system further. You ensure that the building users receive outstanding service and reliability in terms of premises.

• You monitor and control the effectiveness of building facilities, external suppliers and support the management of those responsible for building technology.

• You initiate and accompany projects, commissionings and the continuous improvement of building technology.

• You are actively involved in troubleshooting and fixing heating, ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.

• You make sure that the building control system incl. IoT sensor technology works optimally and is operated correctly by the team.

• You interact with planners, entrepreneurs and internal employees.

• You lead sustainability initiatives and the renewal of existing sustainability certificates.

• You work closely with the Head Workplace Services on projects to continuously improve the user experience of the campus and actively participate in contributing innovative ideas.

• You bring readiness for piketting service

• Deputy Head Workplace Service during his absence

What you bring

• Completed vocational apprenticeship (commercial or craft) with further training in the field of maintenance or facility management.

• Several years of experience in facility management and building technology.

• Very good IT knowledge (Office 365), experience with CAFM systems and operation of building control systems.

• Conceptual thinking and service-oriented action.

• Independent, structured and precise working method.

• Resilience, assertiveness and high social skills.

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
