- Be responsible for the reliability and quality of watches produced by you
- To the benefit of a diploma of Horloger Dresser or equivalent, you justify a significant experience in a similar position
Main responsibilities
- In this context, your main responsibilities will be:
- Be responsible for the reliability and quality of watches produced by you
- Assemble the different parts in their totality, from decoration to final control through termination, adjustment and packing
- Provide after-sales service and participate in continuous product quality improvement
- Work closely with all other workshop craftsmen and external suppliers
- Share your technical knowledge and know-how in the workshop
- You are known for your solid experience in handling high-end watch components as well as in setting, finishing and various adjustments. Knowledge of termination is a plus
- Passionate about your profession, you show great dexterity and creativity
- Autonomous and rigorous, you are also recognized for your problem analysis and solutions search
- With a team spirit, you are quiet and listening
