- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field is required
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
- At least 10 years of procurement experience within an FMCG / Manufacturing based industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a complex Regional and / or Global procurement function
