Are you ready for a job where you can make a difference for people and nature? For the tree care / tree control group of the North region we are looking for a foreman or tree care specialist.
Tasks
- They lead 4 – 7 employees both professionally and personnel and guide learners
- They are responsible for the independent planning, guidance and execution of arboristic work in the assigned area and ensure the implementation of tree inspection in the assigned area
- They are responsible for carrying out young tree and/or parenting cuts and perform work on large trees (double rope technology, lifting work platforms)
- They advise the districts on the provision of services by third parties, ensure quality and offer support on the subject of tree conservation measures. In addition, you are ready to participate in working groups and further develop tree care / tree control
- You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance, maintenance and cleaning work of your own and rented machines and tools, as well as the PSA
Profile
- Gardenerin EFZ with further training as a gardenerin FA, forest managerin EFZ, farmerin EFZ with further training as a tree care specialist*in FA or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in tree care / tree control, in horticulture maintenance as well as in-depth knowledge of wood and plants
- Proven leadership experience as well as organizational and planning skills
- Self-employment, responsibility, reliability and service orientation
- Driving licence Cat B, MS Office skills and safe use of digital means
- Experience with tree cadastral programs is beneficial

Their gross annual salary is between 92,000.00 and 108,000.00 francs (100% expense). Their effective wage may differ from this wage range depending on experience and skills.
