Main responsibilities
- Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter
- Mithilfe bei der Wiedervermietung der Mietobjekte (Wohnungen zeigen etc.) sowie Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben (elektronisch mit iPad)
- Ausführen von kleineren Reparaturarbeiten sowie Aufträge an Handwerker erteilen, koordinieren und überwachen
- Betreuung der technischen Anlagen (Heizung/Lüftung etc.)
- Umgebung pflegen (Rabattenpflege, Rasen mähen, Hecken schneiden etc.)
- Rechnungen auf Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit überprüfen und visieren (elektronisch)
Key requirements
- Mindestens 5 Jahre: in der Hauswartung
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ): Betriebsunterhalt oder technisch/handwerklicher Beruf
- Führerausweis Kat.
- Erfahrung als Hauswart*in Wohnliegenschaften
- Gute Umgangsformen, dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kontakt mit Mieterinnen und Handwerkerinnen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit iPad, Informatik-Anwenderkenntnisse Eidg. Fachausweis als Hauswart*in von Vorteil Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
