Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for learning support as well as the design and evaluation of the training of students and learners (HF, FH and FaGe) in the department

- Accompaniment, promotion and support of learners and students of the health professions (nursing HF, FH and FaGe) in everyday training
- Designing individual learning processes and promoting the professional and personal development of learners and students
- Planning and coordination of the different forms of learning in close cooperation with the department management and those responsible for education Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in acute care
- Independent, responsible and resilient personality with a high level of social and professional competence
- Enthusiasm for the training of future specialists as well as an educational training (SVEB I, CAS) or the willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment to take on responsibility for patient-oriented and professional care together with the interdisciplinary team
- Strong sense of responsibility and very good communication skills
