What you bring

• Experience or a quick grasp: You already have solid workshop experience or learn extremely quickly and have a strong technical understanding.
• Resilience & pace: Even during extremely hectic periods and with a heavy workload, you keep an overview and work quickly and precisely.
• Customer focus: You enjoy interacting with people and provide advice confidently, authentically and competently.
• Passion for sport: You are enthusiastic about cycling and actively participate in at least one other sport.

• You prefer to avoid stressful situations or a high work pace.
• You are interested exclusively in tools and do not want contact with customers.
• You need strict instructions ("Top-down") and do not like making decisions independently.
• You are not willing to work on Saturdays.

Your tasks

1. Diagnosis & customer consultation

• Welcoming customers, precise needs analysis and preparation of accurate diagnoses.
• Transparent preparation of cost estimates and reliability with appointments.
• Expert advice on repair, maintenance and circular-economy services (e.g. Second Life).
• Handing over materials including useful care and usage tips.

1. Technical & operational services

• Professional execution of service and repair work with a focus on bicycles , complemented by ski service, racket stringing and scooter service .
• Processing of product personalizations (textile printing, engravings etc.).
• Managing the spare-parts inventory and reordering required components.
• Compliance with all safety and quality standards and ensuring a clean, well-organized workshop.
