- Translating user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
- Rapidly creating and iterating on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications.
- Leveraging our pattern library to create designs and identifying opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team.
- Communicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes effectively.
- Contributing to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality.
- Applying usability heuristics and staying current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement. What we look for:
- Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design for enterprise products, supported by a strong portfolio.

- Reporting to the UX Lead, you will have the opportunity to influence product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user-centered design.
