Tasks

• Organisation and preparation of the outpatient urological consultation
• Assistance during the consultation hours as well as support for urological investigations and interventions
• Operation of the telephone and provision of information to internal and external bodies
• Perform blood sampling and ensure pre-analytical processing of urine samples
• Power measurement according to TarDoc
• Maintenance of electronic health records, including collection and updating of patient data and case closures
• Assumption of deputies in the event of absence within the team
• Implementation and organisation of ordering

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse with flair for administrative activities or training as a medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant (MPA) with corresponding professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of German in word and script as well as in-depth knowledge of medical terminology
• Rapid comprehension and an independent, structured and careful working method
• Strong teamwork and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility
• Strong service orientation
