- In the conceptual further development of the organizational unit Transformation & Innovation Defense, cooperate as well as develop organizational variants and strategic concepts.
- conduct research, analysis and benchmarks on topics such as organizational design, enabling, digital transformation and military innovation.
- Create communication products for internal and external monitoring of transformation (presentations, dossiers, texts)
- Support in the design and further development of digital work platforms (SharePoint, M65, Co-Rine).
- Work on organizing workshops, and events in the context of transformation, enabling & innovation This makes you unique
- Graduate in business administration, psychology, social sciences (e.g. international relations, political sciences, communication sciences) or similar fields.
- Knowledge in organizational development, transformation or digitalization is advantageous
- Aness for modern forms of work, communication and digital collaboration
- Understanding the business context and practical challenges in day-to-day business
