Full description
For transitional living for young adults we are looking for 1. March 2027 or by arrangement for at least 6 months a motivated team member.
Tasks
- You will look after and accompany the young adults in our communities individually regarding cleanliness, order, social behavior, hygiene, personal administration, etc.
- You perceive the office presence with direct informal contact with the young adults.
- You are in contact with employers, therapists and assignment offices (SOD, AOZ) and maintain an intensive exchange with the social services of the city of Zurich as well as various specialist offices.
- You gain experience according to individually defined goals in the professional field of social work (forms of conversation, formulation of goals and agreements, triage, networking, dealing with conflicts, contact with case leaders, etc.).
- You do various administrative work and participate in meetings.
- You work shifts from Monday to Friday. Working hours vary, usually in the afternoon and evening until a maximum of 10 pm.

- Ongoing studies in social work (preferably second internship)
- Resilience, self-confidence and flexibility
- Independent working methods and teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of IT users
- Minimum age 25 years
- Motivation and joy in a dynamic environment
