For a growing trust company, we are looking for a committed personality as a clerk at the Zurich Oerlikon site. This is your job
- Finance: self-employed management of financial and ancillary accounts for SMEs and participation in interim and annual accounts.
- Taxes & VAT: Professional preparation of VAT bills and tax returns for natural and legal persons.
- Payroll & Admin: Management of payroll accounts, assumption of personnel administration and completion of general trust and administration work.
- Interface: Support of mandate management and direct contact with customers, authorities and insurance companies.
This is what you bring with you
- Training & experience: Completed basic commercial training (KV) as well as several years of experience in the escrow or accounting sector (further training in escrowing beneficial or in sight).
- IT & language skills: Very good knowledge of German, good MS Office skills as well as experience with Bexio or similar accounting systems are advantageous.
- Working method: An independent, exact and reliable working method with pleasure in responsibility and direct customer contact.
- Mindset: A customer-oriented, professional appearance as well as a team-capable style.
