Acquires Chapter Lead Scrum Master You have a combined leadership and implementation role. Your focus is on the personnel and professional leadership of the Scrum Masters in the chapter as well as the active Scrum Master work in a pod. You are a sparring partner, coach, point of reference and impulse provider, for your employees as well as for your podmembers.
Your tasks include in particular
- Staff and professional leadership of the Scrum Master in the chapter as well as active development, support and support of the employees in their role
- Working as Scrum Master in a pod with responsibility for agile cooperation, transparency
and continuous improvement
- Creating clarity on expectations, responsibilities, standards and cooperation in the chapter
- Recognize and work on conflicts, tensions and blockades within the chapter as well as in your own pod

- Further development of common standards, methods and quality requirements in agile work
