As part of the TWINT WL App Team, you act as the link between business, customers, and engineering teams.

You analyse needs, turn them into clear and actionable requirements, and support delivery from concept through testing to launch.

Application process

  • Support testing across the delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect analysis, and validation; analyse application logs and work with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Support the Product Owner with Scrum-related activities, facilitate daily team meetings, track open topics, and drive their resolution
  • Contribute to release, change, and deployment management and help ensure stable operations through incident and problem management Your skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Application Manager in a software environment, ideally for mobile apps
  • Strong background in requirements engineering, business analysis, and specification writing; solid understanding of software development, testing, and release/change management
  • Experience working with agile teams in collaboration with iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers
  • Ability to analyse technical information, including logs and application behaviour, and discuss findings with engineering teams
