We are seeking a Transformation Manager to join our Digital Business Transformation team in Zurich. In this role, you will drive and support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, taking ownership of defined workstreams and projects while contributing to broader transformation programs. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will structure and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, simplify operating models and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management and analytical capabilities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in a dynamic environment. This position requires a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong delivery mindset and a track record of translating strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support and drive strategic transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and benefit realization
- Structure complex business challenges, perform analyses and develop practical recommendations to improve processes, operating models and organizational effectiveness
- Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, workstreams, milestones and resource requirements
- Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking and decision preparation
- Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure effective execution and alignment of project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and proactively propose mitigation actions
- Prepare presentations, business cases and executive updates for management and steering committees
- Collaborate across locations and functions to drive alignment, transparency and delivery excellence
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in transformation, consulting, project management, operations improvement within financial services or similarly complex environments
- Experience supporting or leading project workstreams, including planning, coordination, execution and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex topics and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience analysing business processes, operating models or organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Understanding of banking products, operations and regulatory environments is advantageous
- Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution focus
- Fluency in English
- German is considered an advantage
